Dr. Racheli Kreisberg

Founder & Director

Dr. Racheli Kreisberg leads IBEX’s activities in innovation, energy transition, international collaboration, and strategic project development.

Her work combines policy insight, cross-border partnership building, and hands-on implementation across public, private, and research ecosystems.

With extensive experience in developing international initiatives and advancing cooperation between institutions, governments, and innovation actors, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to IBEX’s work across Europe, Israel, and beyond.

Maya Zakarin

Project Manager

Maya Zakarin works with IBEX as Project Manager, supporting project coordination and implementation across the company’s activities. Her work includes the development of the Hydrogen Ecosystem Map, preparation of EU and international project proposals, market research and analytical projects, and the organization of hydrogen-related delegations abroad.
