I am an experienced entrepreneur and an innovation ecosystem builder, with a lot of experience in developing and sustaining international cooperation, focusing on cutting-edge technology and on energy transition including hydrogen; very well networked globally, and knowledgeable on EU funding mechanisms (i.e., Horizon Europe and Joint Undertakings (JU)).

Dr. Racheli Kreisberg - Founder & Director

Dr. Racheli Kreisberg is an expert in innovation, energy transition, and international collaboration, with extensive experience at the intersection of policy, technology, and cross-border partnerships. She has worked closely with governments, industry, and research institutions, including in her role as Innovation Attaché representing the Netherlands, where she advanced cooperation in emerging technologies and hydrogen ecosystems.

At IBEX, she leads activities in EU projects, hydrogen and energy transition, and international initiatives, combining strategic advisory with hands-on project development and execution.
